Jakarta, SPDNews – Dalam episode 206, Asian Human Rights Commision (AHRC) memberitakan Serikat Pekerja Danamon.
Sejak 11 Desember 2017, AHRC telah mengirim surat banding berjudul Danamon Bank Labor Activists criminally charged and detained after organizing a peaceful protest kepada Presiden, Menteri Hukum dan HAM, Komnas HAM, Kapolri, Komisi III DPR RI dan lain-lain.
Non Government Organization yang berlokasi di Hong Kong menulis just Asia is pleased to report that the Jakarta police have discontinued the investigation into three labour activists of the Danamon Bank Labour Union. Due to significant public pressure on the Bank and the police to release the arrested activists, including an Urgent Appeal issued by the AHRC, the Bank management finally decided to discontinue the case.
